I had a fairly productive morning. I got up early, went to the gym and worked out. Then I came home and cleaned house. I took a hot bath and trimmed roses.

After a couple of hours at work, I finally got brave enough to check my email at work then they sent out another warning saying that we shouldn’t be on the net. Does anybody know anything about this mysterious new virus or is it just an elaborate ploy to keep us from surfing the web?

Michael called on the way home from work just to say that he loved me. I thought that was very sweet. I appreciated it greatly. It has been a long day.
